Amanda Kramer is the Director of Advisor Experience for The Pelora Group, a financial services firm headquartered in Charlotte that is continuously named a Best Places to Work by the Charlotte Business Journal. Amanda’s responsibilities include providing dynamic, relationship-driven activities to spark and sustain the firm’s culture through communication strategy, event planning and execution, and specialized project management which includes driving the use of EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and managing the firm’s stewardship organization, Hands & Feet. She acts as an advocate of the advisor and associate voice and directly supports the connectivity between the firm’s purpose of helping people win at all aspects of life and the community by creating an intentional environment of success, trust and belonging.
With a passion for integrating stewardship, you’ll find her in a pack – either of dogs or humans. Volunteering her time in the community as a puppy raiser for future guide and service dogs with Southeastern Guide Dogs brings Amanda an immense sense of gratitude. In addition, Amanda serves as a leading board member of Hands & Feet, her firm’s stewardship organization, where she works to ensure that the mission of being a light in the community and living out faith through the sharing of time, talent and treasure is present and accessible. Amanda is also responsible for the alignment of service opportunities and coordinates the delivery of resources and donations to impact those less fortunate in the Carolinas.
Amanda is a native of Greenville, SC. And, after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Winthrop University, she made Charlotte, NC home with her husband Michael, her son Ellis, and their dogs – Tillman, Raleigh and Champy.
